WIll anyone know that I am in therapy?

Not unless you tell them or sign consent for me to.

Do I lay down on a couch?

If you want to. The majority of people sit.

Do you lay down on a couch?

Not during sessions. I have been known to take a nap on them if I have the time.

What questions am I supposed to ask?

Anything you want. E-mail me them and I will do my best to answer them or set an appointment to get more detailed answers.

Do you give homework?

I do on occasion and only to reinforce what we are working in therapy.

Side note: There are no grades or penalties for not completing the assignment. I am not going to drop your grade from an A to a B due to not completing these, unlike my Professor for US History to 1864 at Ole Miss. (I swear I am not still bitter about that, maybe a little.)

How long does therapy take?

The number of sessions varies from person to person.
